Dragonfly Projects is an independent, boutique construction project management practice based in Carnaby Street, Soho (W1).

We are a highly experienced hands-on team providing a director level of service at all times.  We remain closely involved at all stages of each project, ensuring clear accountability, rigorous oversight, and consistent senior input from inception through to completion.

Our core services include Project Management, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administration. We specialise in the commercial and residential sectors, acting as trusted advisors to clients across commercial office, mixed-use, institutional, and high-end residential developments.

We work tirelessly to ensure the smooth delivery of every project phase, maximising the value of both the asset and the development.
