Contract Administration
Undertaken during the construction and delivery phase of the development project, Contract Administration is the management of the contract between the employer and contractor.
Dragonfly provide both Employer's Agent services for design & build contracts and Contract Administration services for traditional contracts. We will act on behalf of our clients to implement and administer the construction contract. Dragonfly will manage, negotiate, support and execute the contract process.
Dragonfly Projects will focus on securing a successful outcome for all parties, which will involve managing and advising on the issue of all contract notices, programme management, risk management and management of the change control process. We will provide a proactive and diligent approach throughout the contract works period to ensure all actions are closed out such that your project can complete and hand over on time, budget and to the quality standards required.
Dragonfly will offer an intensive Contract Administration service at all times.

Cost Management
Dragonfly understands that effective cost management is crucial to the success of and performance of a client's property assets.
We often provide a cost management service in line with our project management and contract administrator role. This will enable a joined-up approach between cost, quality and time.

Sustainability
Dragonfly will listen to your brief and ensure that sustainable practices are introduced to all stages of the development process. We recognise the importance of introducing a clear and profound sustainability brief at the outset of your project.

Development Monitoring
Dragonfly's significant experience means that we are able to identify and address potential project issues thereby reducing a client's exposure to risk and solving project issues before they occur. Development monitoring allows Dragonfly to maximise the potential of a project for our clients and avoid unnecessary cost and time delays, through forecasting and closing out issues ahead of time.
A key role in the delivery and success of each project, Dragonfly will offer expert advice to all key project stakeholders, including investors, tenants and freeholder on anything from specification and statutory consents to compliance, quality and cost programming.
