Dragonfly acted as PM & CA for the refurbishment and extension of an existing end of terrace Victorian home. Over 1,000 ft2 of additional space was provided, to provide a 3,000 ft2 home. Dragonfly acted cradle to grave, from pre-acquisition through to disposal. The house successfully sold for £2.5M in June 2024
