Dragonfly acted as a sub-consultant, to provide the PM services for a new build 487 unit BtR scheme on behalf of Peveril Securities and Marchmont. Planning consent was secured in November 2023. As well as being the lead PM for planning, Drafonly led the Stage 3 design period, administered and managed the strip out of the existing building
