Dragonfly acquired 114 Queens Road in October 24 and submitted planning in December 24. Works will commence in February, which will include a ground floor extension and refurbishment, first floor refurb and addition of a second floor, to convert a 1,445 ft2 home into a 2,050 ft2. Works are forecast to complete in Q3 2025.
