Dragonfly acted as PM for the Stage 2 planning period of the project. A full and robust planning application was submitted to refurbish and extend the existing 1950’s 130,000 ft2 asset to the London Borough of Camden in July 2024. Planning consent secured in December 2024. Strip out works are now underway
